TERMS OF SERVICE

General :

  • Semua Artwork yang dipesan bersifat PERSONAL USE (profile picture, upload di sosmed, atau sebagai hadiah) Jika ingin Commercial Use boleh tanya terlebih dahulu

  • Additional person 50% dari harga satu person, feel free to ask me.

  • Hasil gambar akan dikirim lewat email dan akan dikirim PNG, JPG, Pdf sesuai kebutuhan dengan resolusi 300 dpi (high res).

  • Harap cantumkan BRIEF dan FOTO REFERENSI yang JELAS untuk kualitas pengerjaan yang baik

  • Pengerjaan sekitar 1-2 minggu (it can be more long if you are in queue) (you can see thr progress from trello boards too!)

  • Revisi maksimal 2 kali sebelum proses coloring

Payment :

  • Pembayaran melalui transfer bank (BRI/BCA) dan top up e-money (Gopay)

  • Pembayaran dilakukan di awal sebelum mulai pengerjaan

  • Apabila total pembayaran lebih dari 100rb boleh 50% terlebih dahulu dan sisanya setelah pesanan selesai
